Payment Information
The cost of each plan is divided into two monthly charges.
1. A monthly charge from Qwest will appear on your phone bill and
2. A monthly charge from E.Central will be charged to your credit card.
*The Qwest charges for DSL Deluxe and DSL Premier are 12 month introductory rates. You may also choose a two year commitment which will guarantee these rates for life. Also, a DSL modem is required and you may either purchase it or rent it. Currently there are two choices for modems: a non-wireless modem for $59.95/$5/month rental or a wireless modem for $99.99/$8/month rental.
