The meet was a success!
The 9th Annual Powerlifting meet in Longmont was October 5. We entered a team called "The Mulletheads" and we won 1st place, thanks mainly to Scott Zwanstra and Ron Grafallow. They both took 1st in 220lbs. and 168lbs. respectivley. Scott had an amazing 1745 total. Scott Parks finished 2nd in the 242lbs. with a 1355 total. Steve Neumyer finished 3rd in the Masters division with a 1210 total. I finished 3rd in the 220lbs. with a 1345 total. This was the first meet for myself and Steve.
Time to train for another meet!
The State Powerlifting meet is December 8 in Denver. We are all training again in hopes for another successful meet.
Wedding is getting closer...
Mary and I are sending out wedding invitations this week. Our wedding is a go for November 23 in Dallas Texas. Our cruise is all set for 11-days in the Carribean and through the Panama Canal.
