Help for Buyers
When assisting buyers find a home, I help you determine how much of your income you
want to spend on your home, discover with you what it is you're looking for, and
where, and search diligently to find it. I can assist you by finding the proper
lender for your situation, and, when we find that SPECIAL house, write the contract
with your goals in mind, help with the negotiations, and, after the contract has
been accepted, make sure we get to the closing table!!
Assistance for Sellers
When you call me to help you sell your home, I make a diligent effort to discover the special things
your home has to offer to buyers, as well as making sure we don't under- or over-price your home. [An
overpriced home, unfortunately, just helps sell the OTHER homes in the neighborhood rather than
encourage buyers to offer on YOUR home!!] Let's not make that mistake! After establishing the proper
price, and putting the listing in the Denver MLS (or other if appropriate), the marketing begins.
After a buyer has written an offer and you and the buyer have agreed on all points, I follow the contract
terms to be sure we end up at the closing table and you can proceed to the next step in your lives!
Replacement Home / Relocation Assistance
If you are staying in the area, I'll be happy to assist you in finding and purchasing the home you'll be
purchasing and coordinate the closings of both. Should you be relocating to another community either in
Colorado, or elsewhere in the nation/world, I can assist you by locating an agent in that location who
will help you find your replacement home. I truly enjoy this process, tho' I acknowledge YOUR stress while
in the throes of shutting down one chapter of your life and opening another. Sometimes, moves go amazingly
smoothly...other times, moves are the absolute PITS! I understand that, since I've moved numerous times
and have experienced the gamut!! Let me help you get thru your move!
